Sage Breath Society is a membership community focused on nervous system regulation, breathwork, personal growth, and intentional living.

Members receive live breathwork sessions, supportive resources, community connection, member discounts, and early access to future offerings.

Membership includes:

• Two live breathwork sessions each month (1st and 3rd Saturdays at 8:00 AM Central Time)

• Access to session replays until the next live session

• Daily Regulation tools and resources

• Member discounts on Sage Breath offerings

• Early access to new events, products, and experiences

• Community connection and support

The Founding 33 is a limited group of the first 33 members who help establish Sage Breath Society.

Founding Members receive exclusive recognition, founder pricing, and a limited-edition Founding 33 shirt.

Once all 33 spots are filled, Founding Membership closes permanently.

Founding Member shirts will be produced and shipped once all 33 founding memberships have been claimed.

This allows every Founding Member to be included in the original launch group.

Recordings are made available to members after each live session and remain accessible until the next scheduled live session.

All sessions are designed to be accessible to both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Yes.

Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time through your membership portal.

Breathwork can be a powerful practice. All participants are required to complete a liability waiver before participating in live sessions.
